Option 1 – SIM card rental
If you have brought your own Digital GSM Handset (which operates on the 900/1800 frequencies) we can offer you the rental of a SIM card enabling you to use the handset that you are familiar with. One of the main benefits of hiring a SIM card is that it allows you to receive free incoming calls, reducing some of the costs associated with roaming.
Option 2 – Handset and SIM card rental
If your handset is not GSM-compatible or does not work in Greece, we will have stock of handsets readily available and will gladly provide you with a digital GSM handset together with a local SIM card connecting you to the Vodafone Greece network.
Collection and Delivery
We will be conveniently based in Athens for the duration of the Olympics and will arrange for delivery and collection of your handset to your hotel or alternate base in Greece. You may also collect and return your handset or SIM card directly at our Athens offices.
